Tin Fish Travel Terms and Conditions

Your travel agent/travel concierge quote terms and conditions include important information for a better travel experience. Post booking terms and conditions are made available at the time of booking/payment confirmation or prior to confirmation of travel. At time of payment travelers agree to travel quote terms and conditions and booking terms and conditions. 


  1. Pricing: Quotes are based on current rates at time of quote and cannot be guaranteed until legal names as printed on valid travel documents (U.S. Passports) and deposit or full payment as required from wholesalers, cruise lines, airlines or resorts are provided from travelers and authorization for payment has been received from wholesalers, cruise lines, airlines, resorts are confirmed. 
  2. Passports: International destinations require a valid passport, and it is the traveler’s responsibility that names listed on airline, cruise line and resort confirmation match valid passports. Some airlines, resorts and cruise lines may only list first and list on printed confirmations and documents. Many destinations require passports that are valid for six months after return date, and we recommend that travelers passports are valid for six months after travel for all destinations including those that do not require a six-month validity after the return date. 
  3. Visa: Your destination may require a visa/endorsement in conjunction with a valid U.S. Passport. Travelers should verify destination requirements a minimum of 2-months prior to travel date for updated visa information. 
  4. Travel Insurance: Travel protection plans can protect your travel investment from unforeseen circumstances and may include pre, post and during travel coverage including change / cancellations fees. Airlines, cruise lines, resorts, wholesalers, and tour operators may have change / cancellation fees at time of deposit and or final payment date. Description of insurance coverage is available from your booking agent and is the responsibility of the traveler to request description of coverage. Some countries require additional insurance. Travel insurance Is nonrefundable at time of deposit and or final payment. 
  5. Change/cancellations: If you the customer request a change to your booking after deposit or final payment a professional fee of $50 - $200 for changes / cancellations may apply to booking in addition to change cancellations fees that airline, cruise line, resort, transfer agencies and or wholesalers may add to changes or cancellations.
